We are happy to give out free advice via phone or email, especially if you have an emergency or an electrical fault causing loss of power. In an emergency it would obviously be better to call. If we’re crawling along a loft or up a set of ladders, please leave a message and we’ll call you back asap.

If enquiring about a project or wanting to book in work, please include as much detail as possible regarding the job, along with your contact details and address. We will then either call you back or reply via email.

We’d much prefer to come and take a look before providing you with a quote or price, because in most cases, trying to give an accurate quote without seeing the job is very difficult. This is of course free of charge and with no obligation to proceed on your part.
